My kettlebell arrived with a bit of damage, probably got knocked around during shipping. I sent over a couple photos and expected the usual back-and-forth. BUT NOPE, they replied really quickly and took care of it without turning it into a whole ordeal. Things happen, especially with heavy stuff like this, but their customer service was great, so I’m still happy giving 5 stars.
